Hi, and welcome to my terms and conditions (T&C) page. Please do read all the T&C below, but first, let me summarise them for you, as they're not too complicated (because this is a free website). Basically, the T&C state that I (Mick Miller) own this website. Then the T&C go on to state that you are not allowed to mess with the content of the site - or copy it/change it and make out it's yours - or use it without permission in any way that breaks copyright! Basic stuff really. The bottom line is - please enjoy the site and make the most of it. Please use it for your personal growth and benefit. Please do pass the powertopresent.com url on to all your friends and colleagues so they can sign up. But please don't take any of the content and make out it's yours!

By accessing or using this website in any way including, without limitation, using of any of the services, receiving professional presentation skills e-mails, or merely browsing the website, you agree to and are bound by the T&C of use. The powertopresent.com website is owned and operated by Mick Miller and the contents of the site, including all intellectual property, trademarks, logos, design and text, are the exclusive property of Mick Miller. They are protected, throughout the world, without limitation, in accordance with copyright and trademark laws. You are entitled to use the website in accordance with these T&C only. You must obtain prior written consent from Mick Miller before you use the powertopresent.com website or any part of it in any other manner.
Mick Miller reserves the right to refuse access to the powertopresent.com website, terminate accounts and remove or edit content at its discretion. Mick Miller reserves the right to change these T&C from time to time. Amended terms will be posted on the powertopresent.com website.

 Your privacy is a very high priority for PowerToPresent. All the data that you supply to us is collected lawfully and maintained in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Powertopresent.com are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information and are prohibited from using that information for any purposes other than those laid out in the powertopresent.com website and in these terms and conditions.
Powertopresent.com will not pass your details to any third party without your permission. By providing your details to powertopresent.com you consent to powertopresent.com maintaining, recording, holding and using the information you give to process your registration, provide you with professional presentation skills coaching, improve our service to you and from time to time send you news and information about powertopresent.com.  To ensure the security and safety of all your financial transactions on our website, powertopresent.com partner with WorldPay who manage any credit card payments to powertopresent.com. Registrations

You are also free to unregister/unsubscribe at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link. The site will only allow one registration per e-mail address.
Mick Miller reserves the right to change the 'free availability' status of the powertopresent.com website at any time without notice.
Payment for products
You can pay for products in the powertopresent.com website by credit or charge card. A list of accepted cards appears on the payment pages. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.
