Hi, and welcome to the terms and conditions (T&C). Please do read all the T&C below; but first, let me summarise them for you as they're not too complicated (because this is a free website).

Basically, the T&C state that I (Mick Miller) own this website. Then the T&C go on to state that you are not allowed to mess with the site or the content of the site in any way. You are not allowed to copy the site or its content, change it, make out it's yours, or reuse it without permission in any way that breaks copyright! Basic stuff really.

In registering to use the site, you have access to all the presentation skills (which you are allowed to use and print for your own further development - but are not allowed to copy or pass on to others) and you have control over whether or not the site sends you presentation skills e-mails (and how often). In registering to use powertopresent.com you give Mick Miller permission to send you newsletter e-mails to update you about powertopresent.com news and PowerToPresent training. If you do not wish to receive the occasional newsletter then please unsubscribe from the site.

By accessing or using this website in any way including, without limitation, using any of the services or receiving professional presentation skills e-mails; you agree to and are bound by the T&C of use. The powertopresent.com website is a free access website designed to provide presentation skills for registered users. Registered users are provided with free access to written presentation skills, together with the opportunity to receive or not, presentation skills e-mails and purchase other presentation skills products. Registered users are also sent newsletter e-mails to update them about powertopresent.com news and PowerToPresent training. If registered users do not wish to receive the newsletters then they are free to unsubscribe from the site.
